FIELD 01
Listen first
We review the room, the symptom, access, photos, and the result you want before defining the job.
Built for the jobs between the big jobs
Rosco has served local homes for generations. The handyman division carries that practical, neighborly approach beyond plumbing—with clear responsibility for who performs every kind of work.
Why this division exists
A punch list often crosses boundaries: a drywall patch is ordinary handyman work, a leaking supply line belongs with plumbing, and a ceiling fan belongs with a licensed electrical professional. Our job is to identify that boundary early and route the work clearly.
FIELD 01
We review the room, the symptom, access, photos, and the result you want before defining the job.
FIELD 02
You should understand what is included, what is not, and whether another trade or approval is needed.
FIELD 03
The standard is careful placement, sensible protection, clear communication, and an orderly finish.
Clear responsibility
Performed by Rosco Handyman
Ordinary, non-regulated repairs, mounting, assembly, finish work, and home upkeep handled by the handyman team.
Performed by Rosco’s licensed plumbing division
Plumbing diagnosis, repair, and installation stays with Rosco's dedicated plumbing operation.
Performed by our licensed electrical trade partner
Electrical scopes are coordinated by Rosco and performed by a licensed electrical subcontractor.
How service works
Intake
Tell us everything that needs attention; photos and room-by-room notes help us see the full picture.
Qualification
We identify handyman tasks, plumbing work, licensed electrical work, and anything outside the services offered.
Work order
Before scheduling, we make clear who performs the work and what the visit is intended to accomplish.
Handoff
We review the completed scope and identify any next step instead of leaving ambiguity behind.
Ready when your list is
Start with the project, not the trade label. We’ll help determine the appropriate next step.
