Which Manatee County neighbourhoods were built in the polybutylene years (1978–1995)?

The Manatee County Property Appraiser's site lists every parcel's year built, along with its subdivision and building details, searchable by address or owner. A year built between 1978 and 1995 puts the home in the window; it does not prove poly-b was used, because copper and CPVC were installed in those years too, and many homes have since been repiped. InterNACHI's inspector guidance describes what to look for: flexible pipe, usually grey (sometimes white, silver, black or blue), half-inch to one inch, stamped "PB2110", used only for supply — never drains. Look under the kitchen sink, at the water heater connections and at the main shutoff where the line enters the house.

From Rosco Plumbing's own location records for Manatee County, the communities whose build eras overlap 1978–1995 and where poly-b is a known finding: Bradenton — subdivisions built from the late 1970s through the early 1990s across West Bradenton, the Bayshore corridor and the east side; Ellenton — 1980s–90s construction alongside older homes; Tara Golf & Country Club — 1990s, the peak years; Peridia Golf & Country Club — 1980s–90s; Greenfield Plantation — the older 1990s sections; Palmetto and Parrish — scattered subdivisions of the era among older and much newer homes. Heritage Harbour, Lakewood Ranch and the 55+ communities date from 2000 and later and are outside the window entirely.
